I been using this laundromat for 4 years and have never left a review until today. This morning the debit card readers were not working. I was approached by the female worker to tell me that the debit card is not working but I can get you cash for a $2.00 fee. I asked her if she could waive the fee since it was not my fault the debit card readers are not working. She said no. I asked her to charge my card $10.00 cash so I can get coins to start my laundry load. I get my $10.00 and she asks me if I want my receipt, and I say yes, only to find out that she charged me for $20.00 and with a $4.00 surcharge. She then gives me attitude about her mistake and tells me to stop complaining when it was a $4.00 inconvenience. It took me everything not to snap on this female who is working at probably minimum wage, as if $4.00 is not important (especially around xmas). Yes it is only $4.00 honey, but were you trying to pocket the extra $10.00 if I didn't ask for my receipt? Then I receive attitude? Eff that chick!

Nice and clean place inside. Lots of washers and dryers. A little expensive though. We spent 40+ bucks on 12 loads. The $2.00 wash seems to be the best value. The three large dryers seem to dry faster and cheaper. The laundry soap and bleach here are expensive so make sure you buy supplies ahead of time. Machines accept Visa, apple pay, & more. No surcharge for using card according to employee Jose who worked his tail off cleaning and waiting on customers.

Place is nice .. clean most of the time. Parking is a challenge. But one of the employees is never nice and claims to never have any kind of change.. and on 2 occation said the bathroom is out of order. I spend $40 a week there. And to come and find rude people like her ... I think she needs to find a job that suits her attitude. I dont know her name .. but she is the white heavy set woman. Other than than, I will find another laundry facilities to give my business to.

DO NOT go here. I am here tonight with my 5 year old daughter and I asked the employee who says her name is Marciela for change for a 20 because I dident need 20 dollars in quarters. She was very rude and said we don’t give change. I said are you sure because I just got change in Sunday and she said yeah really. I proceeded to talk to my 5 year old and she backs up and says excuse me, what did you say and started cursing. I said don’t curse in front of my daughter. She went off the handle and started threatening me. I got my phone from my 5 year old to record her and she went crazy. Saying she is going to break my phone. She then proceeded to walk around me and grabbed my phone. I am waiting on the police now.

The only polite respectful put together lady that works there is the red-headed Hispanic lady she is very polite very on things! I one time was going to bring my blankets in there she quoted me 50 something dollars. The heavy set white lady didn't want to do my blankets so she said it was $68!!!!! I'm sorry but handle business or don't work there!!!!!
